1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid services purchased on https://www.gajanansangle.com.
2. Consultations
- Cancelled 24+ hours before the scheduled slot: 100% refund.
- Cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled slot: 50% refund.
- No-show: no refund.
- If the practitioner cancels or reschedules and you decline the new time: 100% refund.
3. Digital reports
- Full refund if the report is not delivered within 48 hours of payment.
- Full refund if the delivered report is technically defective and cannot be corrected.
- No refund once a correct report has been delivered to your account or email.
4. Wallet balance
Unused wallet balance is refundable on written request to the support email, minus non-refundable payment gateway charges.
5. Duplicate or failed payments
Duplicate or failed-but-debited payments are automatically refunded after verification.
6. Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
