3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older, or use the service with verifiable parental consent where permitted by law.
4. Payments
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) before checkout
- Payments are processed via Razorpay and/or Cashfree
- Wallet recharges and per-minute consultations are prepaid as displayed on each product or astrologer profile
5. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, harass astrologers or staff, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy (/refund-and-cancellation-policy). Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection rules.
